Tips for Renting a Home in Georgia:
When contacting My Rent Source to inquiry about homes for rent, provide the following information. This will allow us to help you find what you are looking for in the most efficient manner. You will get attention faster by naming the address of the property you are interested in.

1. What area of town are you interested in? Name the county and/or city/ neighborhood.
2. What is the rent range you are looking for?
3. How soon can you move in?
4. What type and size home are you looking for?
5. How long of a lease are you looking for? (Most houses have a 12 month minimum)
6. Who will move in with you?
7. Do you have pets? If so, describe the type, breed, size

Q: Is it true that My Rent Source will buy a home for us?
A: Yes, is most cases My Rent Source will buy a home for clients that meet the lease purchase requirements.

Q: I want to rent my house out for a couple of years, will My Rent Source help find a tenant?
A: Yes, we will market your property, run a background check and sign a lease for your tenants.

Q: Do you allow pets in your rental properties?
A: Yes, but we only allow small pets and there will be an annual pet FEE of $350.00 in addition to your deposit.

Q: How long does it take to complete the application process?
A: The application can be completed in about 5 minutes and usually the tenant can be approved within 24-48 hours. In order to speed up the application process please download a copy of our rental application by clicking here.

Q: Is there required maintenance with your rental properties?
A: Yes, some properties require the tenant to maintain the landscape and others do not.

Q: Do you participate in the Section Eight / GRAFA Goverment Housing program?
A: Yes, we welcome Section Eight tentants.
